Here's a picture of Danny singing God Bless the USA:

and then, Ron and Doug rocking out to Louie Louie!

Omar, really into playing You Really Got Me:

Sometimes a photographer gets lucky. Somehow, this image came out good... I love the way the other elements frame Danny.

(and the RTTW cover is prominently displayed...)

After You Really Got Me, was Born to Be Wild:

And then the show ended with the National Anthem:

The show was great, and since I waited around to go through the autograph line, I got to meet some very nice people who were new RaiderFans! It's always fun to talk to people who've just experienced a Raider show, it is such an up moment. And RaiderFans are wonderful people.

One of the people that I talked to in the autograph line this evening was a veteran. I was wearing my Ride to the Wall t-shirt and he came up and asked me about it. He liked the design...and the thought behind Paul and the Raiders' efforts with Ride To The Wall. As Paul suggested, I took the opportunity to welcome this Vietnam veteran home. I felt very privileged that he shared a little bit of his story with me, as I had the feeling that he did not talk much about his experiences. I feel so fortunate to be a RaiderFan...and to have met the other RaiderFans that I have met.

This seems an opportune time to insert a heartfelt THANK YOU to all the veterans out there...for your service and your sacrifice...whatever war or service branch you were in.
